Cabbage Soup
2 large onions (chopped)
1 stock celery (chopped)
1 head cabbage (chopped)
Sauté; onions, celery and cabbage until soft, season with Lawry’s, garlic, onion, salt and red pepper.
Add to rue:
8 carrots sliced
6 peeled and seeded tomatoes
8 cups water
Season to Taste
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
